Q: How many guitars did Charles LoBue and LoBue guitars make?
A: We really don’t know. I estimate maybe a few hundred. I have been able to track down less than 30.

Q: What professional musicians used LoBue Guitars?
A: From our investigations we have identified Pete Townsend, Dino Walcott, Carmine D’Amico, Michael Henderson, Alphonso Johnson, Rick Derringer, Steve Khan, Steve Kimock, Paul Stanley and Ace Frehley.

Q: What happened to LoBue Guitars?
A: Charles LoBue died in 1985 and his associates have started their own companies.

Q: Are you looking for additions to the site?
A: We are always looking for additional pictures and descriptions as well as significant history additions.

Q: Do you buy LoBue Guitars?
A: I am the proud owner of a few LoBue guitars and as a guitar player would love to acquire another fine example of Charles work. Each instrument would be considered inpidually and upon it’s own merit.
